NINE STRENGTH Atlas ®缆绳是六股绳，它由尼龙单丝和锦纶长丝混合拧绞而成。尼龙单丝使得这个绳子结构更加稳定，耐磨性更强。这种绳子结构跟钢丝绳非常类似，尼龙的高弹性使得这种缆绳特别适用于系泊缆绳，尤其是在有张力的系泊绞车上。通常，这种缆绳集装箱船采用的比较多一些。
NINE STRENGTH ATLAS lines are six-strand ropes. It is combined by nylon Mono- and multi-filaments.The mono-filament gives the ropes excellent dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. The splicing technique of Atlas is very similar to wire rope. The stretch of the nylon in combination and the dimensional stability makes these lines ideal for mooring, especially for a constant-tension winch.
